Torta ta’ San Martin
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 200gr Emy Pitted Dates
- 200gr Emy Walnuts
- 200gr Emy Roasted Hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 5 tbsp Plain Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Vanilla
Instructions
- Beat up the Egg White.
- Mix together remaining part of the Egg, Sugar, Plain Flour and Milk.
- Add Emy Walnuts, Emy Roasted Hazelnuts and Emy Pitted Dates.
- Bake in moderate oven
