Torta ta’ San Martin

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 200gr Emy Pitted Dates
  • 200gr Emy Walnuts
  • 200gr Emy Roasted Hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat up the Egg White.
  2. Mix together remaining part of the Egg, Sugar, Plain Flour and Milk.
  3. Add Emy Walnuts, Emy Roasted Hazelnuts and Emy Pitted Dates.
  4. Bake in moderate oven
