Pistachio Tart

Ingredients

Pastry
165grms plain flour
50gr sugar
55grms butter
1 beaten egg

Filling
165grms Brown sugar
2 Eggs
2tbsp melted butter
Vanilla essence
100grms Emy pistachio

Instructions

Pastry
In a bowl stir flour and sugar.
Put the butter over flour mixture
Add the egg and 1 tablespoon water.
Gather dough in a bowl
Grease tin and transfer dough to a tin

Filling
Combine sugar / eggs and butter and vanilla essence and beat well.
Stir in the chopped pistachio
Put the filling in the tart pan and put pistachios as a topping.

Bake tart for 35 mins covered with foil
Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
