  • 240g sugar
  • 2pkts Emy Pure ground Almond
  • 300g plain flour
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1tbsp Mixed spice
  • 1/8 tbsp (ponta ta’ sikkina) ground Clove
  • 2 egg whites
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Orange flower water ( ilma zahar)
  • 1 tbsp Almond essence
  • Half packet Emy roasted blanched Almond
  • Emy Carob Syrup ( Gulepp tal-Harub)
