Goji Berry Ginger Tea

In traditional Chinese medicine, goji berries and ginger are both considered superfoods. Each has its own unique health benefits and compliment each other when combined together.

Ingredients

  • 30 gr Emy goji Berries
  • 3 cups hot water
    Optional:
  • 1 inch thinly sliced ginger
  • Lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Wash the Emy goji berries in cold water a few times. Drain off water.
  2. Bring 3 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  3. Turn off heat and remove from the stove.
  4. Add goji berries, ginger. You can also add a wedge of Lemon.
  5. Cover with the lid and let them steep for 10 – 15mins.
  6. Uncover the lid and pour them into cups with the berries if you like and ready to enjoy.
  7. Optionally sweeten with honey or sugar
