Goji Berry Balls

These delicious no-bake energy balls are packed with nutrients thank to superfoods like goji berries and cacao.



  1. Soak Emy Pitted Dates in hot water for 15mins to soften.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix into a thick, sticky dough you can easily press together between your fingers. If it’s not sticking, add 1 tsp of warm water and process again.
  3. Roll into 10-12 balls and store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
