These Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates are enough to bring any chocolate-loving, sweets-addicted person scrambling for some! They are so easy to make using just 3 main ingredients (nuts and sea salt being optional). These simple, no-cook treats will be ready for chilling in just 10 minutes!
Emy Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- 12 Emy Pitted Dates
- 15 gr Emy Peanut Butter
- 454 gr Emy Milk chocolate Buttons melted
- Chopped peanuts or almonds for garnish
- Pinch of sea salt optional
Instructions
- Slice the Emy Pitted Dates halfway lengthwise make sure to not cut it all the way through widthwise.
- Fill the center of each date with a spoonful of peanut butter.
- Dip half of each stuffed date into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle the melted chocolate with chopped peanuts or chopped Almonds and sea salt (if using).
- Place in the freezer for at least an hour and enjoy frozen.
