Baci Cake
Ingredients
- 200grms Emy hazelnuts
- 3 Egg White
- 200grms Sugar
- 1 tsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 2 tbsp Drinking Chocolate
- 10 Cream Crackers
- Melted Emy Milk Chocolate Buttons
Instructions
- Crush Hazelnut and Crackers in Liquidizer.
- Mix Egg White with Sugar.
- Mix well together with the other ingredients.
- Heat the oven 400 degrees or Gas mark
- Put the Baci Cake in the oven for about 25mins.
- Let it cool and cover it with Melted Emy Milk Chocolate.
