Easy to Grab & Go while in a Rush!

You can store for 1 week in a fridge or up to 1 month in a freezer.



  • 1 ST Roasted Almonds to be placed in a food processor and chop finely.
  • Add to the food processor, 1 ST Dried Apricots, 2 tbsp Dried Gojiberries, 1 ST Dried Pitted Dates, half jar Almond Butter & 1 and a half tsp lemon zest and pulse the mixture until a dough consistency is achieved.
  • When ready start rolling into little balls & don’t forget to roll into our EMY dessicated coconut!
